02. The River Road to Jerusalem

NZ HISTORIC PLACES TRUST

On this trip up the Whanganui River Road we will stop at historic places en route including Kawana Mill, our morning tea stop. At Jerusalem (Hiruharama) we will learn the story of Mother Aubert and the establishment of the convent before having our BYO picnic lunch in the gardens by St Joseph’s Church.
